With over 25 years of experience in game audio, OYJ is a recognized leader in AAA video game production, specializing in audio direction, system design, and team building. He currently serves as Audio Director and Consultant at Tencent America, where he drives studio strategy, develops advanced audio pipelines, and leads the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
Previously, he was Audio Director at Ubisoft Toronto and a senior audio leader at Ubisoft Shanghai. His credits span major franchises and titles including Starlink: Battle for Atlas, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, Rayman etc.
Known for his strong leadership and collaborative approach, he excels at aligning creative vision with technical execution, and is passionate about innovation, team culture, and advancing audio as a core pillar of game development.
