This year we are offering a hybrid experience with our in-person event hosted in the Harbour Ballroom at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel.

The XP Game Developer’s preferred hotel is the Westin Harbour Castle, and we offer a discounted block of rooms for XP attendees –  see below for more info and to book.

PARKING

Parking is available through the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel:

  • Off-site parking, fee: 40 CAD daily
  • Valet parking, fee: 55 CAD daily
  • Parking spaces subject to availability, height restrictions apply

 

There are also paid parking lots and street parking within walking distance.

PUBLIC TRANSIT

With our venue being located in Toronto, attendees can take advantage of our public transit system to access the event.

There are a number of options from Union Station,
Toronto’s main rail station.

The venue is about 20 minutes walking distance from Union, and streetcars/buses have drop-offs within 5 minutes.

ACCESSIBILITY

All event spaces and facilities are wheelchair accessible. 

Restrooms are equipped with change tables and there are dedicated accessible washrooms in addition to the full accessible gendered washrooms.
