Joshua Labelle

Josh Labelle is a Toronto-based writer, game designer, and award-winning interactive fiction author. As lead narrative designer at Glu, he led a narrative relaunch of the megahit Kim Kardashian Hollywood. He is currently the creative director of Disney Dreamlight Valley at Gameloft Montreal. In 2020, his choice-based fantasy game, Tavern Crawler, tied for first in the interactive fiction competition, becoming the first Twine game ever to do so. He continues to write interactive novels for the Choice of Games label, including A Crown of Sorcery and Steel and an upcoming entry in the Hunter: The Reckoning series. He's also (probably?) the only person who’s written dialogue for both Mickey Mouse and Kim Kardashian.
