Christina Hoy is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, insurance, and government sectors. Currently serving as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Lumenus Community Services, Christina oversees enterprise-wide strategy, annual business planning and development, communications, IT and analytics. Throughout her career, she has successfully led the development and execution of multi-year strategic plans, enterprise portfolio investments exceeding $100 million annually.

Previously, Christina held executive roles at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where she spearheaded major reforms in health system funding, data strategy, and performance evaluation.
