Christina Hoy is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, insurance, and government sectors. Renowned for her visionary approach and ability to translate strategy into operational success, Christina has led provincial transformative initiatives across complex organizations, consistently driving innovation, partners engagement, and measurable outcomes.

Currently serving as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Lumenus Community Services, Christina oversees enterprise-wide strategy, annual business planning and development, communications, IT and analytics. Throughout her career, she has successfully led the development and execution of multi-year strategic plans, enterprise portfolio investments exceeding $100 million annually.

Previously, Christina held executive roles at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where she spearheaded major reforms in health system funding, data strategy, and performance evaluation.
