This year we are offering a hybrid experience with our in-person event in the Hyatt Regency in Toronto.
 

The Hyatt Regency is also this year’s preferred hotel for the XP Game Summit, and we offer a discounted block of rooms for XP attendees –  see below for more info and to book.

Parking is available at the Hyatt Regency:

  • On-site overnight parking, fee: $32 CAD daily
  • Parking spaces subject to availability, height restrictions apply
 

There is also paid parking lots and street parking within walking distance.

PUBLIC TRANSIT

Since our venue is in the heart of Toronto, attendees can take advantage of the robust public transit system to access the event.

There are a number of options from Union Station, Toronto’s main rail station.

The venue is about 20 minutes walking distance from Union, and streetcars/buses have drop-offs within 5 minutes.

All event spaces and facilities are wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are equipped with change tables and there are dedicated accessible washrooms in addition to fully accessible gendered washrooms.
