This is your chance to sharpen your pitch, gain exposure, and connect with publishers and investors who can help you take the next step.

At XP Game Summit 2025, five indie studios will pitch live on stage to a publisher and investor panel of three judges plus a live audience, competing for the title of Best Pitch at XP Game Summit 2025, and two VIP All Access Passes, unlocking access to every upcoming XP business to business event across Canada in 2026!

Selected studios will receive an XP Game Summit 2025 Conference Pass, courtesy of Ubisoft, and expert pitch coaching from Jason Della Rocca ahead of their 5-minute live pitch.

The XP Indie Pitch Competition will be hosted and co-coordinated by Jason Della Rocca, Founder of Execution Labs and one of the industry’s most recognized pitch masters.

Submission and Selection Details

Studios will be selected based on:

  • Overall quality of the game (concept, execution, and potential)
  • Strength of the business case (market fit, commercial viability)
  • Readiness for partnership (appropriate stage of development to engage with publishers)

KEY details

  • Each studio will have exactly 5 minutes to pitch live on stage during XP Game Summit 2025
  • Pitches must be in English due to an international jury
  • Open to premium PC/console titles with original IP. (Mobile, F2P, VR, Web3, browser-based, and licensed IP projects are not eligible.)
  • Participants must be actively seeking funding or publishing opportunities
