Carle Côté

Carle Côté is an accomplished AI and video game developer with over 15 years of experience creating innovative AI solutions for NPCs and autonomous agents. As the current CEO and CTO of Paralog, he leads the strategic vision developing systems for non-programmers needing to create complex behaviors through intuitive interfaces and natural language.

With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering specializing in Robotics and AI from Université de Sherbrooke, Carle has worked with prestigious game studios including Eidos Montréal, Invoke Studios, and Behaviors, contributing to titles such as Guardians of the Galaxy and Thief.

Beyond his industry work, Carle maintains strong academic connections as a lecturer at Université de Sherbrooke for more than 10 years, teaching applied AI for video games. He was also selected for the prestigious Techstars Seattle accelerator program in 2023 to develop his new startup.
