Rafael Mayor-Mora

Rafael Mayor-Mora is Director of Operations for Shared Development Studios at 2K, where he leads operational strategy for a large global organization spanning creative development, engineering, QA, localization, and customer success. He specializes in scaling cross-site game development and enabling globally distributed teams across multiple studios and disciplines.

Prior to 2K, Rafael held senior leadership roles at Electronic Arts, where he oversaw centralized development services supporting multiple globally recognized franchises. His work focuses on operational excellence, financial governance, and building scalable processes that align multi-disciplinary teams across regions and time zones.

Rafael holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University and a BFA from Concordia University, and is passionate about building scalable and sustainable global development ecosystems.
